Saurav Roy is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. He has worked with elite and national-level athletes across multiple disciplines, including wrestling, boxing, volleyball, taekwondo, and kayaking, and has supported athletes at major international competitions such as the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games.
His clinical approach emphasizes detailed assessment, movement analysis, and performance-focused rehabilitation. Saurav specializes in musculoskeletal injury management, post-operative rehabilitation, and structured return-to-sport programming designed to restore strength, confidence, and resilience. He combines hands-on manual therapy with progressive, evidence-based exercise prescription to deliver efficient and goal-oriented outcomes.
Saurav has completed additional training in Functional Intramuscular Stimulation (FIMS) and Dry Needling, allowing him to effectively address neuromuscular dysfunction and complex musculoskeletal conditions. He is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals optimize performance, prevent re-injury, and achieve long-term musculoskeletal health.
