Effective Tuesday, September 19, 2023, Athlete's Care Leaside will be in operation at:

(Just north of Bayview & Eglinton, above Rexall Pharmacy)

Patients currently receiving care at Endeavour can expect a seamless transition to Athlete's Care Leaside.  All scheduled appointments will automatically be transferred, which means you don't have to take any action or make any changes. Our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care remains unchanged, and we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transfer of medical records and ongoing treatment plans.
