Dr. Kabir is a sports medicine physician specializing in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and does not practice family medicine at this location. Directions:

• Travel east on ON-417 E.  Take exit 128 for Maitland Ave/Ottawa Regional Rd 17 South. Continue for 3 km and clinic is located on your left. 

• Take ON-417 W from Lyon St N/Ottawa 81. Take exit 128 for Maitland Ave/Ottawa Regional Rd 17 South. Continue for 3 km and clinic is located on your left.

• Travel north on Woodroffe Ave/Route 15. Turn right onto Meadowlands Dr. W/Ottawa Regional Rd 51. Turn left onto Merivale Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 17. The clinic will be located on your right. 

• Limited parking is located in front of the Appletree Medical Centre.
• Covered parking is available on the north side of the building and additional parking is available in front of the Rexall Pharmacy
• Parking is FREE
