Visit our Yorkville location at 162 Cumberland Street, Suite 222.  On the north side of Cumberland between Avenue Road and Old York Lane.

Clinic Location:

• On Cumberland Street just east of Avenue road, there is an alleyway across from the Nespresso with the sign “Yorkville Lane” (this sign is beside the Zaza Coffee Shop).
• As you enter this alleyway past Zaza, the very first set of glass doors on your left will have an elevator lobby and signage for “Renaissance Court”. Take the elevator up to level 2, and then turn right out of the elevator and you will see Suite 222 for Athlete’s Care.
