• 11 King Street West, Suite C120, on the southwest corner of King & Yonge
• The second building west of Yonge Street, on the south side of King, directly next to the 1 King West Hotel

• The closest subway station is King Street Station; exit the platform at the Commerce Court/Melinda Street exit.  As you walk out of the subway station, you will be in Commerce Court.  To your immediate right you will notice a sign that reads 11 King West, follow the hallway and signs directing you to Athlete’s Care.
