Clinic Location: 

• We are located at 2535 Major MacKenzie Drive West, Unit #7, on the south side of Major Mac.
• The clinic is in the St. Phllips/old Price Chopper plaza (Maple Plaza) between the intersections of Jane and Keele street.
• Within the plaza, we are located between the Pizza Nova and the Bank of Montreal
